PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance without, damaging the properties of a high nitrile type resin by adding a specific amt. of an aromatic vinyl compd./ unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride to the high nitrile type resin and subjecting the obtained compsn. to injection molding at a specific shearing speed to mold a parison and subjecting this parison to biaxlal stretch blow molding. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin compsn. contains 65-85wt.% of a high nitrile type resin and 15-35wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compd./unsaturated dlcarboxylic anhydride copolymer and a parison obtained by setting the shearing speed at the gate part of a mold at a time of the injection molding of the parison to 3×10<3> -3×10<5> sec<-1> is subjected to biaxial stretch blow molding. The pref. high nitrile resin is obtained by the graft copolymerization of a monomer mixture containing at least 50wt.% of unsaturated nitrile and a monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of conjugated diene type synthetic rubber containing at least 50wt.% of a conjugated dienene monomer unit.
