<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller of a hot rolling mill reduced tension variation by estimating mass flow variation due to variation of friction coefficient, and manipulating roll velocity. SOLUTION: Flow rate controllers 16, 19 output timing to alter the flow rate of lubricant to variation quantity arithmetic units 14A, 148. Sheet thickness controllers 23, 25 output roll gap operated manipulated variables to roll gap controllers 22, 24. The controllers 22, 24 are provided at each stand, and control the roll gaps at the roll stands 1 and 2. Rolling load detectors 26, 27 detect the rolling loads at the stands 1, 2, and the detected value is outputted to the variation quantity arithmetic unit 14A, 14B, and the rolling load variation quantity is operated at every control pitches and forward slip variation quantity is operated, and is outputted to a speed correction quantity arithmetic unit 13. Thereby, the mass flow variation due to feeding the lubricant is able to be reduced, and stable rolling is able to be achieved.</p> |
