Radial piston pump with eccentric

The radial piston pump uses an eccentric or cam (35) to move the pistons (22). It has a ring (34) able to rotate on the outside of the eccentric to reduce friction on the ends of the pistons. The pistons are arranged radially in a housing. The shaft with the eccentric is mounted centrally in the housing. A chamber is formed above each piston, with inlet and outlet of the hydraulic fluid controlled by ports.
