PURPOSE:To make a nonslip function effectively showable without any step difference and simply executable just like as an ordinary stair tread by forming a film layer being made up of adding a lot of fine grains in synthetic resin, on the surface of a stepboard body. CONSTITUTION:A film layer 5 being made up of adding a lot of one grains on a surface 2 of a stepboard body 1 is partially installed in a nearly full length part excepting both sides of a front end of this surface 2. This layer 5 is formed by what a coating material such one as adding urethane beads of 20mu in grain size to soft urethane coating (Shore hardness 40) being made up of adding an almost spherical fine grain 4 to soft synthetic resin is applied. In this case, after normal coating is applied onto the whole part of the surface 2, first an undercoat 7 is applied (it is not necessarily required) in a state of being subjected to masking (a masking sheet 6 is set) so as to open only the necessary part, and afterward the coating material forming the film layer 5 is coated (an amount of application of 150g/m<2> or so) by means of a flow coater. |
