PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation ability in a building room, to perform deodorization, and to provide further comfortable indoor environment. SOLUTION: A far-infrared emission layer 13 formed of stone powder having a far-infrared emission function is formed on one surface of a plaster core 12 of a plaster board 11. A graphite silica rock (Silica-black, commodity name) is used as the stone powder. The thickness of the far-infrared emission layer 13 is set to 0.3-2mm. The graphite silica rock indicates ideal far-infrared radiation characteristics near a black body radiation line having an approximate apex of 8.0-10.0μm, and stable and high emissivity of 97.95% is indicated in a region having a wavelength of 4-16μm. Water, admixture, and an additive are added in calcined plaster and kneaded by a mixer. By spraying graphite silica rock powder through an injection nozzle as vibration is applied by a vibrator, a far-infrared emission layer 13 is formed. A spraying amount is 100-200g/m<2> .
