<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the judgment as to whether a retrieved case is proper or not for an operator by providing a retrieval block generation means and a retrieval expression correspondence screen arrangement means displaying a generated retrieval block in accordance with the arrangement of the retrieval expression. SOLUTION: A case item reading part 50 reads the case item corresponding to a retrieval key from the case retrieved in a case retrieving part 40. A retrieval block generating part 60 combines the retrieval key and the case item corresponding to this key in accordance with the arrangement of the retrieval expression. A retrieval expression correspondence screen arranging part 70 displays the retrieval block generated in the retrieval block generating part 60 in accordance with the arrangement of the retrieval expression. Processes through which the part 40 retrieves the case base 10 are described by the case item reading part 50 and the retrieval block generating part 60 and the description is displayed on a screen by the screen arranging part 70, so that how the logical expansion is conducted for the case retrieval can be clearly recognized by an operator.</p> |
