PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb an impact load given to a sitting person effectively, break the sewn part of a cuticle material at a fixed position and also expand the air bag main body of an air bag device to a prescribed position easily and quickly at the vehicular side collision time. SOLUTION: The pocket part 40 for storing of an air bag device 31 is formed on the side part of a cuticle material 17. A sewn part 18 is formed on the pocket part 40 and the sewn part 18 is formed in the front side of the expanding direction of the air bag main body 39 and has a first sewn part 18a broken at the expansion time of the air bag main body 39 and a second sewn part 18b formed on both sides along the expanding direction of the air bag main body 39. The strength of the sewing thread of the first sewn part 18a is formed weaker than that of the second sewn part 18b. |
