<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hit resistance of a transmitter and to speedily restart data communication when hit is recovered by stopping clock supply to a transmitting/receiving means when the generation of hit is detected. SOLUTION: When the hit is generated and a carrier detecting signal is not outputted, a timer is simultaneously started and after the lapse of prescribed time, a signal is outputted to an EOR circuit 14. Then, after the lapse of prescribed time at this timer, a clock supply control signal for stopping carrier supply is outputted to the EOR circuit 14. Since a modem control part 12 is operated like this manner, after the lapse of prescribed time from the stop of carrier signal the clock supply to a modem part 11 is stopped. Thus since the operation of the modem part 11 is stopped but its state keeps a state before the stop of clock signal, the various states of automatic equalizer or the like set by performing training at the time of line connection are kept as they are.</p> |
