PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage business cards by reading data containing face image data out of the data storage medium part of a business card and displaying the data, and writing necessary data on the data storage medium part. SOLUTION: On a side where a business card is received, the business card is put in a groove and moved to read image data and bibliographic information out of each data storage medium part through data read means 34A and 34B. When a mark detecting means 34C detects a mark at a specific place on the business card, individual information is read out of the data storage medium part, but when not, no individual information is read out. Further, when necessary information is written while respective pieces of information are displayed, a write mode is specified successively. Then a keyboard 33 is used to input information on, for example, the reception date, an important matter, and impressions obtained at the time of the meeting. The business card is inserted into the groove again and moved to write the necessary information in the write area of the business card. |
