<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation due to dirt from hands in a desk mat made of polypropylene by forming the desk mat in such a manner that a top face of a polyolefin mat body obtained by adding a hydrogenation SBR to a polypropylene is coated with an ultraviolet curing coating and curing it so as to provide a coat. SOLUTION: A desk mat is formed in such a manner that a top face of a polyolefin mat body is coated with an ultraviolet curing coating and cured so as to provide a coat, or a top face of a mat body obtained by adding a hydrogenation SBR to a polypropylene is coated with the ultraviolet curing coating and is cured so as to provide a coat for forming a desk mat. The polypropylene to be used is of homopolymer or random copolymer. A coat 2 is formed by applying the ultraviolet curing coating having excellent chemical resistance, light resistance, and flexibility to the surface of the mat body 1 to a thickness of about 5-30μm so as to form a film. For example, a urethane acrylate coating is suitable, because it does not absorb oil in dirt from hands even when it is used for a long time and it does not swell.</p> |
