CONSTITUTION:A linear cathode supporting member having metal processibility and being excellent in its ceramic characteristic, especially in insulation property, heat resistance and heat shielding, etc., can be obtained by providing Al 2a, 2b on both sides of a board-shaped core material 1 consisting of a metal having a plurality of grooves and forming an Al thin film 3 so as to cover these surfaces further covering it with a ceramic thin film 4 from above.</p> |
