PURPOSE: To provide the formation of a grounded circuit for a photoreceptor drum capable of rapidly and surely forming a grounded circuit even in the case of a cylindrical photoreceptor whose mechanical strength is low or a cylindrical photoreceptor whose dimensional accuracy is strict without impairing the quality of the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION: The photoreceptor drum is equipped with the cylindrical photoreceptor 1 consisting of a conductive member whose inside and outside surfaces are all processed to be insulated, to which insulating coating film is applied and whose outside surface a photoreceptive film is applied to; and a flange part 2 fitted out the inside diameter part of one end of the photoreceptor 1 and consisting of the conductive member having the entire surface to which the insulating coating film is applied. In the drum, specified dielectric breakdown voltage is impressed between the rotary center shaft part of the flange the photoreceptor 1, the flange part 2 and the photoreceptor 1 are set in a conductive state. |
