PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesized ECG for providing information same as or different from a standard surface ECG by mutually connecting plural electrodes at the inside and/or outside of the heart, measuring signals from the electrodes and performing a signal processing to the signals thereafter. SOLUTION: Conductors 1 and 2 from the electrodes 22 and 23 implanted to the right ventricle 11 of the heart 11 are connected to the input terminal of a ventricle monitoring unit 32 and ventricle IEGM which is an output signal from the unit 32 is used for the control of pacing outputted by the active implant 30. Then, the conductors 4 and 5 connected to the electrodes 22 and 23 are connected to the input side of a synthesis unit 60 and a switch 50 is arranged to one of the conductors 4 and 5. The switch 50 controls the signals from a ring electrode 22 so as to be passed through to the synthesis unit 60 or not to be passed through and the signals measured in a casing electrode 26 are also supplied to the unit and coupled with the signals from the electrodes 22 and 23 when the switch 50 is closed.
