PURPOSE: To realize uniform and efficient sticking of sheet and the construction of concrete for favorable exposed aggregate finish by washing by a method wherein setting-retarder-sheet is stuck by rotatingly sliding a sheet holding-down roll through a sheet supporting roll onto the surface of concrete just after its placement. CONSTITUTION: A sheet supporting roll 6 for holding a rolled sheet 5 through the roll core pipe of the rolled sheet 5 from one end of a roll shaft is provided on a truck 1 through a roll cradle 2 and bearings 3. After one end of setting retarder sheet 22 unwound from the sheet supporting roll 6 is abutted against the surface 16 of the end part of concrete just after the placement of concrete, a sheet holding-down roll 15 is abutted against the top surface of the sheet 22 and then the truck 1 is pulled with truck traction rope 12 so as to run the truck 1 along the rails 11 on a truck supporting frame 10. Thus, the setting retarder sheet 22 can be stuck on the surface 16 of the concrete.
