PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel which has chracteristics excellent in assembling or disassembling workability, durability and habitability. SOLUTION: This ceiling panel is constituted of a front face board 8, a core board 9, and a rear face sheet 13 which are combined together. The front face board 8 is folded back at both ends to form the side face with a specified thickness and further, folded back inward with a specified width to form a holding groove for the core board and also folded back outward to form a holding groove 8c of a joint plate. The core board 9 is integrally molded between the front face board 8 and rear face sheet 13. And a heat ray reflection treatment is applied on the upper face of the rear face sheet 13. |
