PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propolis concentrated extract having the fluidity for facilitating the mixing of other additive ingredients even when the alcohol content is reduced by adding a specific ingredient thereto. SOLUTION: This propolis concentrated extract with a low ethanol content comprises 15-30wt.% wheat germ oil and has <=5wt.% ethanol content. This extract is obtained by adding the wheat germ oil to a propolis extract prepared by extraction thereof from a raw material with ethanol when concentrating the propolis extract and providing the concentrated extract, containing 15-30wt.% wheat germ oil and having <=5wt.% ethanol content. For example, honey is homogeneously mixed with the concentrated extract to afford a propolis product. |
