<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize as resources such as a substitute of natural sand for restoration of a sand beach, auxiliary of concrete by washing unnecessary scrapped inorganic substance and drying it, mutually bringing particles of pulverized products into collision to remove corners of the particles and pulverizing while the particle diameters are adjusted. SOLUTION: The scrapped inorganic substance such as scrapped bottle, broken bottle, scrapped ceramics, water-crushed slag are washed and dried, extracted quantitatively from a receiving hopper with an extracting feeder, and is fed to a primary crusher to crush the scrapped inoragnics in the particle diameter of 5-150mm. The crushed substance is transferred to a feed hopper for a secondary crusher and quantitatively fed from a feeder for secondary crusher to a secondary crusher and the particles of the crushed products are mutually brought into collision and the corners of the particles are removed and also the particle diameters are adjusted. Later, a raw material of the crushed products is discharged together with an air flow and an air-solid separation is performed through a cyclone and a dust collector, and the crushed pruduct fell down from an air separation room through a vibration screen is classified.</p> |
