The bin has a two-piece lever linkage interconnected by a pivot (11). The lower first lever arm (9), in an approximate horizontal position, is pivot-connected to the lower axle or one of the axle journals between the bin wall (7) and wheels (2), and extends on the side of the bin to the front and rear. The second lever arm (10) is installed on the side approximately vertically in relation to the bin. Its upper end engages with one of the support struts (5) of the lid (4).
