PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically clean the filter of a range hood with a washing liquid when the range hood is not operated. SOLUTION: A washing liquid spraying gutter 33 is provided at an upper part of a filter, and a washing liquid receiving tray is provided at a lower part of the filter. Then, under the washing liquid receiving tray, a washing liquid tank 42 is provided, and a washing liquid in the washing liquid tank 42 is fed to the washing liquid spraying gutter 33 by a liquid pump 45 at the time being set by a 24 hour timer 53, when the range hood is not operated. By doing so, the washing liquid circulates and flows along the surface of the filter, and an oil content and steam being adhered to the surface of the filter can be washed with the washing liquid when the range hood is not operated. |
