A combination scissors and cutter knife is provided, which includes first and second scissor's blades (21 and 10) each having a holder (40 or 13) on rear end thereof, a cutter knife blade (35), a slide knob (37) which is connected with the cutter knife blade (35) for a sliding operation of the cutter knife blade (35), a cutter knife housing (30) which is fixed on the outer surface of the first scissor's blade (21) and contains the cutter knife blade (35) to be slidably and lengthwise moved and having a front-end opening (33) for allowing the cutter knife blade (35) to go in and out, a rear-end opening (34) for allowing the slide knob (37) to go in and out, and a lengthwise opening (31) for allowing the slide knob (37) to be slidably and lengthwise moved, a rotating pin (26) for rotatably connecting the both first and second scissor's blades (21 and 10) with each other within the length of the cutter knife housing (30), and a locker (41) for opening or closing the rear-end opening in the cutter knife housing (30). Thus, the combination scissors and cutter knife is not disturbed by the rotating pin or the holder in a simpler structure, and facilitate an exchange of the cutter knife blade. |
