<p>Protein compound having a sequence comprised in the proteins of durum wheat and being not toxic for celiac subjects for use in medicine and diagnosis, preferably having an aminoacid sequence comprised in the following sequence: QQPQDAVQPF, or substantially homologous so as to retain the functional activity. Also a method for the identification of molecules having a protective activity towards celiac and celiac related disease affected subjects.</p> |
