PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent inserting balloon catheter that can be replaced quickly. SOLUTION: This catheter 10 allows replacement between a balloon angiogenic catheter and a inserting catheter without the need for replacing an angiogenic catheter wire guide with a replacement length wire guide before the stent inserting catheter is replaced with the balloon angiogenic catheter. The catheter 10 has a relatively short wire guide shaft 26 coupled to a catheter shaft 12 only at places far from an inflated inner cavity.
