PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the judgement of the cause of stop of a feeding roller and improve working efficiency by a method wherein overload is judged and alarmed by detecting the reduction of number of rotations of a rotation driving means to stop the feeding roller while an alarm is outputted when the pressure increase of a hydraulic motor for driving the feeding roller is detected. SOLUTION: When a large amount of material, for example, is charged and the load of a crusher 1 is increased whereby the number of rotations of an engine is reduced to the number of rotations of an overload reference, an overload detecting means 112 outputs a detecting signal (s1) to a solenoid switching valve 111 and an overload alarm generating means 113. According to this operation, an alarm is generated to stop a hydraulic motor 59 by shielding a pipeline 54 and stop the feeding roller 5. On the other hand, when the feeding roller 51 is stopped by the clogging of a material and the driving pressure of the hydraulic motor 52 is increased, a pressure switch 121 outputs a detecting signal (S2) to operate an alarm signal generating means 122 as well as an overload alarm signal generating means 113 to alarm it. According to this method, the cause of stopping of the feeding roller 51 can be judged easily whether it is due to the clogging of a material or it is due to overload. |
