<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of which workability at construction is good, and strength against stress in the transverse direction is excellent. SOLUTION: This handrail device is constituted so that it is provided with a bar-like handrail main body 1, and connecting members 2 supporting the lower part of the handrail main body 1, being placed and fixed on a fitting base, and connecting together the handrail main body 1 and the fitting base. The upper end parts 21 of the connecting member 2 are fitted in the engaging groove 12 formed along the lengthwise direction on the underside of the handrail main body 1 slidably along the lengthwise direction so as to support the handrail main body 1 on the connecting member 2, a male tongue piece 11 along the lengthwise direction on the nearly center part of the engaging groove 12 and hangingly projecting lower than the lower edge ends of the engaging groove 12 is fitted in a female groove 22 opening on the upper part in the lengthwise direction of the connecting member 2 slidably in the lengthwise direction, and a fixture 3 is inserted in a through hole 23 laterally provided on the upper end parts 21 across the female groove 22, so as to fixdly connect the handrail main body 1 with the connecting member 2.</p> |
