PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the generation of shifting of a shaft in a spline part of the shaft part and to easily and efficiently form the wholly uniformized spline part. CONSTITUTION:In this apparatus, a punch 30 for forming the spline having smaller diameter than the diameter of an opening part of a hole part 6a arranged in the shaft part, a die 32 for ironing the outer diameter of the shaft part and a first and a second stopped parts 34, 36 for supporting the punch 30 for forming the spline and the die 32 for ironing the outer diameter of the shaft part so as to be possible to advance/retreat to the shaft part are provided. In the punch 30 for forming the spline, a spline working part 48 having shorter than the depth of the hole part 6a in the shaft part and a rod part 50 having smaller diameter than the spline working part 48 arranged in the same axis as the spline working part 48. |
