PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of an actuator, which can surely suppress surge voltage added to the piezoelectric actuator when power is turned on/off. SOLUTION: Voltage monitor IC 231 of a protection circuit monitors a voltage change in the rise/fall period of power voltage, turns on an analog switch 232 after arbitrary time passes from time when power voltage becomes more than a prescribed value when power is turned on and turns off output to the piezoelectric actuator until serge voltage is settled. When power is turned off, the analog switch 232 is turned off when power voltage becomes less than the prescribed value, and output to the piezoelectric actuator is turned off before surge voltage is generated. |
