PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response of each actuator for manual operation by judging if a manual switch is pressed or not every time after data is sent to each actuator and, if the manual switch is pressed, by sending the data to the actuator corresponding to the switch. SOLUTION: Data is sent basically from an auto amplifier to each actuator according to a specified sending order (mode door actuator S1→air mix door actuator s3→intake door actuator s5→mode door actuator s1). Moreover, a judgment step if a specified manual switch is pressed or not is added after the data is sent to each actuator (s2, s4, s6) and, if the switch is pressed, the data is immediately sent to the actuator corresponding to the switch irrespective of the sending order (s7, s8, s9, s10), whereby the response of each actuator for manual operation is improved.
