The screw (2) has a conical expansion (8) in its upper neck region, which presses a contact spring ring (3) against the end walls (9) of holes in the components, when a washer (5) and nut (6) combination is tightened onto it. The ring has hardened inner and outer contacts. The ring may form a conducting connection between the laminated components, and between the latter and the screw, which is secured by it at the same time. A sealing element (7) may be arranged under the head of the screw, in order to protect the contact region from moisture.
