PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the branching reason when a distribution route has a branch in a physical distribution system, etc., by selecting the branched route, acquiring the information on the locus where a mobile object passed and also on the mobile object from the selected route and then retrieving the branching reason out of the documents which are previously stored. SOLUTION: An object moving among the production facilities is selected after these facilities are laid out on a design screen, and a physical distribution is simulated. This simulation result is displayed in an animation (S10). If the route (physical route) where the mobile object passed has a branch in the animation display mode, the branched route is selected (S20). Then the information on the locus where the mobile object passed and the information on the mobile object are acquired from the selected route. Based on these information and a rule, the branching reason is retrieved out of a database 55 where the documents are previously stored and by making reference to the sorting sheets 50 stored previously. Based on this retrieval result, the outputted branching reason is displayed (S40). |
