PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a vulcanized tire coaxially by correcting the center of the vertical movement of a rim on the side to be released by installing a lifter which is moved vertically by a pair of rims connected attachably/detachably by a rocking shaft. SOLUTION: A lifter 45 is moved down, and a vulcanized tire is mounted on a lower rim 31 by an unloader. The rod 46a of a cylinder apparatus 46 is shortened, and the lower rim 31 is brought up to a holding position P1. A rocking shaft 36 is turned, the lower rim 31 is put together with the shaft 36, and the tire T is held by the upper and lower rims 31, 32. By releasing a collet chuck 45c and extending the rod 46a of the cylinder apparatus 46, it is extracted from the hole 31c of a cylinder part 45 and brought down without the lower rim. |
