The pack comprises a cup (3) whose surrounding part has an annular ridge (5) at least partly surrounding the recess (3) in the container`s cover sheet (1). A pin or protuberance in the recess pointing to the sheet tears the covering sheet (2) without any, or only little, pressure on the solid contents of the recess. A loosely positioned sphere is placed with the solid contents in the recess.
