PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design either a container body or its lid, which is to be taken off in unsealing, to be torn off to a prescribed breadth and length properly so as to make the unsealing easy. SOLUTION: In a lid 2 which is to be taken off in unsealing an unsealing tape 3 of synthetic resin is provided across the lid and transversely from flange to flange so that by making the taped part of the lid 2 thicker and stronger than the rest of the lid the lid can be torn off simply. Thus with the transversal application from edge to edge of an unsealing tape of synthetic resin to the container member to be taken off and by virtue of increased strength of the thickened taped part with the unsealing tape 3 over the rest of the same member the tape 3 leads the unsealing of the container and causes the container member, which is to be taken off, to be torn off properly and simply. |
