PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfumery composition containing a specific pyran derivative, emitting rose green fragrance, imparting fresh and refreshing feelings, having excellent safety, stability and acceptability and useful for the flavor- improving agent for cosmetic, disinfectant, detergent, etc. SOLUTION: This composition contains preferably 0.01-30wt.% of a (4R)-cis-4- methyl-2-substituted tetrahydro-2H-pyrane derivative expressed by the formula (the dotted line is single or double bond) and having a chemical purity of >=90wt.% and an optical purity of 95% ee. It is preferable to improve flavor by using the pyran derivative of the formula. |
