摘要 A bilateral charged coupled device capable of changing a transmission direction right or left according to an external control signal is disclosed. In the bilateral charged coupled device, an N area(2) and an M area(3) of a low density are formed at a selecting area by turns. A gate oxide film(4) is formed on N area(2) and M area(3) of a low density. First and second gates(5,6) is formed on gate oxide film(4) in such a way that first and second gates(5,6) correspond to N area(2) and M area(3) of a low density, respectively. Each drain of a plurality of transistors(T1,...,Tn) are connected to first and second gates(5,6). At least one inverter(7) is connected to a charge transmission direction control signal line. 1 and 12 phase signal lines(L1,L2) are connected to odd and even numbers electrodes of first gate(5), respectively.
