The ventilating device of a magnet pump is designed to prevent the flowing of foreign materials to the magnet pump, to thereby prolong the life of the pump and to improve the cooling efficiency thereof. The ventilating device of the magnet pump having brackets formed on the both sides thereof, a stator installed between the both side brackets and secured in a pump body frame, and a rotor installed within the stator and having a fan adapted to rotate the rotary shaft thereof, comprises: an air intake hole formed on the lower portion of the frame for preventing the flowing of foreign materials and at the same time for absorbing air; an air discharge hole formed on the lower portion of the other side bracket disposed between an electric motor and a magnet unit, for discharging the cooled air; an inside air intake hole installed on the side of the other bracket and serving as a passage through which the air of the electric motor flows to the magnet unit; and a plurality of fans formed as integrated on the rotor for absorbing and discharging the air, the fans having a curved surface in a predetermined direction.
