METHOD OF SOLDERING OF TWO-LAYER WORKPIECES

FIELD: mechanical engineering; capillary soldering of two-layer workpieces made of heterogeneous materials. SUBSTANCE: capillary soldering of mixer made of parts manufactured of steel and bronze was carried out. Nickel coating of layer thickness within 5 and 10 mm was applied to soldered joints of each part. Silver solder was used in assembling the article. Soldering was carried out in argon atmosphere at temperature of $$$ for 3-5 minutes. After cooling to room temperature article was heated again to a temperature of $$$ and held for $$$ minutes. EFFECT: improved ductility of soldered two layer article manufactured of steel and bronze, increased resistance to cracking.
