FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: automobile has two rotary engines specific power of each being 20-fold greater than specific power of modern internal combustion engines and efficiency is two-fold greater than that of modern automobile engines. Two rotary engines are interconnected by differentials with brake device which locks differential for 3-5 seconds when second engine is cut in with one engine operating and thanks to it driving speed is increased two times. Thanks to such design, four-speed gearbox of automobile is equivalent to eight-speed gearbox of known automobiles. Proposed automobile has two-three-fold lower service expenses and 20-30% greater turnover owing to higher speed, power output of engines and increased load capacity of lowed trailer. Available is automobile of special design version intended for invalids with simplified control, lower cost of manufacture and service expenses, in automobiles of such design version clutch and gearbox are replaced by planetary mechanism. engines of lower power output are mounted and body of minicar is used. EFFECT: improved performance and service characteristics of automobile, possibility of use of proposed automobile instead of all passenger cars, trucks and special vehicles now in service. |
