An end stop with gradable position is built in a rotatable sleeve (7), in which a lever (9) is pivotally inserted. The stop represents the swing limits of the lever in the one position to which the maximum flow rate of the moveable washer (15) corresponds. The stop has a screw (14) which is inserted into the sleeve. The end of the screw presses against a seat (11) of the swing lever. A ring is set around the neck (2) of a cover having an interior profile of undercuts and protrusions complementing the outer profile of the neck. It is possible for the ring to be latched in different stable positions through displacement of the ring, induced by rotational movement. The ring and the rotatable neck (in) which the steering lever is linked and inserted have stops (6,8). The stops of the ring and the neck can be fitted with adjustable gaps to limit the rotation of the latter and that of the neck. Thus the maximum rate can be set for guiding the warm water.
