PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of electric signals due to contact of a conductive pattern with a piezoelectric element even if a lead board is deformed by external force by forming the conductive pattern to project inward from a base material and providing a gap between the piezoelectric element and the lead board by bending the conductive pattern at an arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: A conductive pattern 3 formed on the surface of a lead board 5 is bonded to the electrode 2 of a piezoelectric element 1 while being bent. A gap can be formed between the piezoelectric element 1 and the lead board 5 by bending the conductive pattern 3 and the lead board 5 can be mounted without suppressing vibration of the piezoelectric element 1. The conductive pattern 3 is coated with an insulation layer 6. Consequently, the conductive pattern 3 is not conducted even if it is brought into contact with the electrode 2 due to application of an external force to the lead board 5. |
