<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decode correct reproduction data by storing frame subjected to intra-frame coding as a head when received image during communication is going to be stored in coded data storage section. SOLUTION: A system control section 1 gives an intra-frame coding command to a destination terminal equipment via an inter-terminal communication control section 2. A coding mode detection section 3 monitors a bit stream of received coded data and understands the content. In the case of detecting arrival of coded data in which one frame is all intra-frame-coded, an identification code at a head of a coded data of the frame is recognized. A coding data storage section 5 stores the received coded data by placing the coded data in which one frame is all intra-frame-coded. An image coding decoding device 4 reads and decodes the intra-frame coded data at first and then reads and decodes sequentially inter-frame coded data.</p> |
