FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling cattle spleen, extraction, extract separation and extractant removing. Ethyl alcohol aqueous solution is used as an extractant. Extractant can contain 65-75% ethanol at weight ratio of spleen and extractant = 1/6-1/3. Ultrasonic frequency is at the range 18-70 kHz at intensity 0.1-2.3 W/cm..
