PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably transport a paper sheet either in the case of full color print or the monochromatic print, and prevent evolution of ozone by a device of less energy consumption type. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that belt driving rollers 46 and 47 is severally located in fixed position, a cam 63 is turned counter-clockwise in the case of full color print, the movable supporting roller 57 of the movable arm 55 is shifted upward with the center at a supporting shaft 59, and a carrying belt 43 is held in contact with four pieces of photoreceptor drum 41a, 41b, 41c and 42. In the case of monochromatic printing the cam 63 is turned clockwise, the movable supporting roller 57 is shifted downward while separated from the belt 43, and the belt 43 is held in contact with the photoreceptor drum 42 in between the driving roller 47 and the fix-supporting roller 56, while separated from the photoreceptor drums 41a, 41b and 41c in between the fix-supporting roller 56 and the driven roller 46. In either case, the press roller 54 is disposed so as to be inclined by an angleδin the direction of pressing the paper sheet to the belt 43. Moreover, the bias voltage whose polarity is the same as the polarity of a transferring brash is applied.
