PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an anode suitable to a lanthanum gallium perovskite composite oxide electrolyte showing high oxygen ion conductivity at a low temperature, and provide excellent generating characteristic in a low temperature area. SOLUTION: Powder of 60wt.% NiO of 20-60μm-40wt.% La0.9 Sr0.1 Ga0.8 Mg0.2 O3 is flame sprayed onto one main surface of a cell base 24 formed of a porous NiCr metal by atmospheric pressure flame spraying to form an anode 22, powder of La0.9 Sr0.1 Ga0.8 Mg0.2 O3 is flame sprayed onto the surface by atmospheric pressure flame spraying to form a solid electrolyte 21, and powder of La0.9 Sr0.2 CoO3 of 20-60μm is flame sprayed onto the resulting surface by flame spraying to form a cathode 23, whereby a flat cell formed of a three-layer film 20 is constituted. |
