PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyer type coil winding device which can reduce the occurrence of disconnection in a winding process and a post-winding process and improve the aligning property of wound wires, availability of the winding device, and quality of finished products. SOLUTION: A flyer type coil winding device is provided with a nozzle 40 having a rod wire feeding hole 40a along its axial center, a flyer 58 holding the nozzle 40 so that the nozzle 40 can make linear reciprocating motions in the vertical direction, and a linear guide piece 49 which has such an outer peripheral shape that the curvature of a rod wire 41 becomes larger than that at the inside diameter section of the nozzle 40 at the front end and rotates synchronously with the flyer 58. At the time of performing winding and wiring which do not require any hot air blow 63, the nozzle 40 is positioned lower than the front end of the piece 40 and, when hot air blows 63 are required, the nozzle 40 is moved to a position above the front end of the piece 46 at where the nozzle 40 is less affected by the heat of the blows 63. |
