<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an air core in a draining pipe. SOLUTION: In a method for making drainage flow down in a collecting pipe for draining, the top and the bottom constitute opening joint parts 4, 5 for riser pipe 1, 2 for drainage, and the top and bottom of the joint parts 4, 5 are made as swollen part 3a having a greater diameter than the riser pipes 1, 2, and the bottom of this swollen part 3a is formed as a tapered peripheral surface 3b as narrowing downward. The drain water from a lateral branch pipe 9 connected with a water closet or source of various waters is allowed to flow into the swollen part 3a, and this water flowing in and the drain water flowing down from the riser pipe 1 into the swollen part 3a are given a swirl on the tapered peripheral surface 3b and are allowed to flow down from the lower situated joint part 4 as a swirling stream in creeping on the inside surface of the riser pipe 2.</p> |
