<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate a Braun tube from a TV main body without any help from manpower and improve the working efficiency by fixing the TV main body at a specified position on a belt conveyer and separating the Braun tube from the TV main body while the Braun tube is held by another means and recycling respectively them. SOLUTION: Discarded TV 1 the front faces of which are faced upward are successively carried on a belt conveyer 4 and are stopped at a position being parallel to a TV fixing device 5. Then, a TV main body 2 is fixed by means of the fixing device 5 and on the other hand, a suction cap 11 is moved by means of a suction cap moving device 14 to suck a Braun tube 3. In addition, in this instance, the shape and the size of the Braun tube 3 is recognized by an image by means of a camera 8 and the cutting condition is determined by means of a control device 9 and is outputted to a Braun tube separating device 7. Then, after the TV main body 2 is cut by means of the separating device 7 based on the determined cutting condition, the Braun tube is separated by pulling it up and is carried to a specified place. Successively, the fixing device 5 is released and the television main body 2 is carried out.</p> |
