PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel off a sticking product before the sticking product accumulates to a large extent by constituting a flexible of a flexible quality of the material such that the surface of a lower part of a closed body can be deformed and providing to cover the upper part of a waste gas discharge pipe. SOLUTION: A piping is provided on a ceiling part 400 of the closed body in order to introduce and discharge gas. A bag part 401 has e.g. a bellows structure. When it is made in such a structure and the pressure in the closed body is increased by introducing gas, the bellows part 401 can be expanded and when the gas is discharged, the bellows part 401 can be shrunk. Thus, by moving the bellows up and down, the sticking product adhering to the bellows part 401 can be dropped periodically before the growth or by selecting an adequate time. Also, if it has functions imparting an adequate deformation on the surface of the bag part 401 and allowing the sticking product to drop, the device can attain the object without having the bellows structure. |
