PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically give attributes different by styles. SOLUTION: Attributes of characters are perliminarily classified into four attributes of a style independent standard attribute SIS, a style dependent standard attribute SDS, a style dependent precedent attribute SDP, and a style independent precedent attribute SID. When a character is inputted, the inputted character code is read out (S640); and when the processing object attribute of this character is held in SDP, SDP is given to the character. When it is not held in SDP but is held in SIP, SIP is given. When it is not held in SDP neither SIP, SDS or SIS is given. Customized information is preferentially given; and if there is not customized information, the standard attribute of the system is set. |
