<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately restart a VTR and to prevent it from generating an abnomal broadcast by storing a Q signal when it is generated while a CM frame is on the air and sending a VTR start command to the VTR at the time of occurrence of an interruption signal. SOLUTION: When a Q signal is generated, a VTR 13 is started and a CM frame is reproduced. When the Q signal is generated during reproduction of the VTR 13, the Q signal is stored. When a stop tone is detected, the VTR 13 is automatically stopped. If the generation of the Q signal is stored when the stop tone is detected, an automatic program control device 11 restarts the VTR 13 based on the interruption signal to stop the VTR. At the same time, the interruption signal to stop the VTR resets (erases) the memory of the Q signal generation.</p> |
