FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: in a known vacuum apparatus for distillation refining of metals consisting of cylindrical vacuum chamber incorporating evaporation-tray column surrounded with cylindrical multilayer perforated shield, graphite heater mounted along longitudinal axis on upper cover of vacuum chamber and barometer tubes to remove products from chamber, distinguishing feature is flanges disposed in lower part of casing to which barometer tubes are connected into which graphite funnels are inserted connected with under-shield cavities through channels in graphite bottom. EFFECT: increased reliability in small-scale production and adaptability to various-sort raw materials, improved quality of metal produced, and reduced cost due to lower power consumption. |
